For years prior to the Internet being used as a sales and communication tool, we used to use the telephone and letters (snail mail).  Now business is done on the internet and social media sites: Linked-in, Twitter and Facebook.  This changes the game a bit but, places the you in the pole position.  This means that you have a greater efficiency than ever before in the history of the world to connect with millions of people, from your desktop or laptop or Portable Data Assistant (PDA).

Now it is all about writing and copywriting once again.  

I’m still amazed that we can close deals and do work without having to actually meet someone in person.  With Paypal, many financial transactions are done online as well.  It’s pretty amazing.

How Amazing, Breuk?

I’m glad you asked. : ))

150 years ago it used to take 30 years to get across the US and by the time you arrived, you were with an entirely new group of people.  Today you watch a movie, eat peanuts and your home in 5 hours.  It’s pretty amazing.

At some point I wonder if we can just lose the physical body and just live in cyberspace: no food, no rent, no aging, aches or pains, no mortgages or increasing gas prices but that’s another story entirely.

The number one reason to do this is because when people read, the read to themselves in their heads.  It generates sales and sets up rapport with a potential client or customer.  80-90% of all great sales people use this all the time in their business dealings.  The use it because it works.

How do feel about planning an event with this type of tight bun language from this tight bun company? They certainly don’t sound like the most exciting bunch and more accurately, they sounds Corporate Bland.

Here’s an example of what would Neurochemically trigger life, professionalism and a conversational tone into the same text.  Honestly, even if you are doing a corporate event, you want it to be great and exciting.  Yes or yes?
